Refund policy

At HouseOfLiz, we currently feature a mix of:

  • curated affiliate products from third-party retailers (such as Amazon)
  • and original HouseOfLiz products fulfilled through Printify.

Affiliate Products

Items purchased through affiliate links are fulfilled and shipped by the third-party retailer. Because of this, all returns, refunds, shipping issues, and exchanges for affiliate products must be handled directly through the retailer where the purchase was made.

Please refer to the retailer’s individual return and refund policies for assistance.

HouseOfLiz Products

For HouseOfLiz original products fulfilled through Printify, we accept returns or replacements for items that arrive:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • or incorrect

To request assistance, please contact:

within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • photos of the item
  • and a description of the issue.

Because products are made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • incorrect sizing
  • buyer’s remorse
  • or change of mind.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
